The government has approved electronic recruitment into the army

The representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, reported this on the Telegram channel.

"The proposal of the Ministry of Digital Transformation regarding the implementation of a two-year experimental project for recruiting citizens of Ukraine in electronic form has been approved," he noted.

In particular, the procedure for implementing the experimental project has been approved.

It has been established that participants of the experimental project can be citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 55 who have a taxpayer registration card number, are not serving in the Armed Forces or other military formations, are not drafted during mobilization, and have expressed the desire to participate in the experimental project.

Electronic recruitment involves the individual selecting a military unit and specialty, submitting an application for contract military service using the "Diya" portal tools, including the "Diya" mobile app.
