
In Kharkiv, as a result of a Russian airstrike last night, October 28, seven people were injured, including a child.
This was reported with reference to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
Rescuers reported that emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the enemy strike.
"The enemy attacked Kharkiv at night, there are casualties. Preliminary, 7 people were injured, including one child," the SES statement said.
It is reported that as a result of the airstrike by Russian forces in Kharkiv, apartments on the top floor of a nine-story building were partially destroyed, and windows in the building were shattered.
"SES psychologists were working at the impact site, providing necessary assistance to the people," the SES said.
Rescuers also added that more than 25 rescuers and 6 SES vehicles were involved in eliminating the consequences of the enemy shelling.



Later, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on his Telegram that as a result of the night shelling in the city, "there is information about seven injured in the Kholodnohirskyi district, including a 16-year-old girl."
In the multi-story building, the floor between the 8th and 9th floors was damaged, and three apartments were destroyed," he reported.
