Kharkiv City Mayor Ihor Terekhov reports on 12 people injured as a result of the attack on a multi-story building.

The floors from the 6th to the first of the 9-story building are completely destroyed. At this moment, there is information about 12 injured. People may still be under the rubble, — Terekhov writes.

According to the video from the scene reported by local media, a russian air bomb hit the building directly.
