The occupiers struck Kharkiv region and Kharkiv with GABs
In Kharkiv, explosions were heard again in the evening of October 31. Russian occupiers launched airstrikes on the city. In particular, guided aerial bombs were dropped on Kharkiv.
This was reported by Kharkiv’s mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov. The RMA clarified that there are injuries as a result of the explosions.
"Explosions in Kharkiv. Be careful!" – reported Ihor Terekhov at 9 PM. At this time, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the Russians launched guided aerial bombs towards Kharkiv.
Oleh Syniehubov specified that one of the guided aerial bombs hit Derhachi. According to preliminary data, a fire broke out there. Relevant services have been dispatched for inspection.
Another guided aerial bomb impact was recorded on the outskirts of Kharkiv.
The head of the Derhachi City Military Administration Vyacheslav Zadorenko noted that the enemy launched an airstrike "on the city’s civilian infrastructure."
It is known at this time that one man sustained shrapnel injuries as a result of the strike. His condition is currently stable. Three more people experienced acute stress reactions and were assisted on-site.
