The United States announced a new aid package for Ukraine

The United States of America will provide Ukraine with weapons worth a total of 425 million dollars. This is part of a new military aid package.

This was reported by the press service of the U.S. Department of Defence.

As noted in the Pentagon, the weapons included in this package will be transferred to Ukraine from U.S. stockpiles.

The full list of what’s included in the package:

• ammunition for NASAMS air defense systems;
• Stinger MANPADS missiles;
• equipment and ammunition for drones;
• air-to-ground munitions;
• ammunition for HIMARS MLRS;
• 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells;
• missiles for the TOW anti-tank missile system;
• Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems;
• Stryker armored personnel carriers;
• small arms and ammunition;
• medical equipment;
• obstacle-clearing equipment and munitions;
• spare parts, support equipment, services, training, and transportation.
