Russian occupiers are trying to advance in the Kupyansk direction in the Kharkiv region. They want to capture the city by the New Year. The commander of the Achilles battalion of strike unmanned aerial vehicle systems of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ataman Sirko, Yuriy Fedorenko, explained whether they would succeed in doing so.
He noted that currently the occupiers have the forces to strike at the Ukrainian military. At the same time, much depends on what additional forces and means Russia will use in this direction.
"At the beginning of November, they failed to complete the task. Of course, for the enemy, there is a task to fully occupy Kupyansk. Will the enemy succeed in achieving this task by the end of the year? In my opinion, no," Fedorenko said.
