In the Kyiv region, a TRC employee shot a civilian

A video has appeared on the Internet allegedly showing a recruitment center employee shooting a man.

It is reported that this incident occurred on the premises of one of the enterprises in the village of Shchaslyve, Kyiv region.

Deputy Head of the Communications Department of the National Police, Yuliya Hirdvilis, shared in a comment with UP that, according to preliminary information, a representative of a voluntary territorial community formation fired the shots.

No injuries have been reported. An investigative team was sent to the scene. The police promise to provide details later.

In turn, the Ministry of Defence announced that the person on the video is a recruitment center employee. An investigation is currently underway to verify the legality of his actions.

The defence department promised that if any facts of abuse of authority or signs of a criminal offense are found, the materials will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and appropriate decisions.
