As a result of enemy shelling in the Shostka district of the Sumy region on Sunday, a fisherman was killed.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General

"According to the investigation, on November 17, 2024, at around 1:00 PM, the occupiers from the territory of the Russian Federation shelled the civilian infrastructure of the Znob-Novhorod community in the Shostka district using artillery.

As a result of the enemy attack, a 73-year-old man who was fishing on a lake was killed.

A medical facility and 7 private houses were damaged."
