Ukrainian intelligence has intercepted a conversation of the Russian military command. In it, a commander ordered the occupiers to kill Ukrainian soldiers who were in captivity.
In the radio interception, commanders of the Russian occupying forces instruct their subordinates to commit a war crime – to shoot prisoners of war.
This is yet another recorded evidence of the deliberate genocidal policy being pursued by the Russian army in its war against Ukraine.
Additionally, the interception confirms the severe injury of a soldier with the call sign "Groza." In particular, the soldier with the call sign "Grif," who was in the same group with "Groza," is ordered to apply a tourniquet to the wounded, administer pain relief, take a position, and return fire.
