Ministry of Defenсe talked about a new service in "Army+"

On November 15, an experiment to simplify the transfer process of servicemen began in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Within the first two days of the new function’s operation in the "Army+" app, 1,500 electronic requests for change of service location were submitted.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko, during a meeting with journalists on November 18. Thanks to the update, the report no longer needs to be sent to a commander; it goes directly to the HR Center of the Armed Forces, which handles all communication and makes decisions about the future service location.

"We currently have one and a half thousand reports received literally within two days. We have already processed them, and the conversion rate exceeds 50%. We can say that the experiment is extremely successful. We plan to further develop it. We see that a positive status is guaranteed within 72 hours," Chernohorenko stated.

Thus, the report must be verified within 72 hours. If all documents are in order and the conditions are met, the HR Center must prepare and send the order to the Commander-in-Chief for signing within a week. The applicant will also receive a response. This is how the transfer procedure begins, which is allocated about a month for completion.
