The occupiers breached the defence in Chasiv Yar

Russian forces have broken through the Ukrainian defence in Chasiv Yar and have started fighting for the refractory plant.

This was reported by a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the call sign "Muchnyi".

"The loss of this position and the surrounding heights will complicate our ability to hold other areas of the city. We will have to retreat to Kostyantynivka, as well as Kramatorsk and Druzhkivka," he noted.

The intensification of hostilities in the city has also been confirmed by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Representative of the OTG "Luhansk" Bobovnykova emphasized that the Russians are amassing forces in Chasiv Yar.
