
Russian troops attacked a border community in the Sumy region, resulting in one man being injured.
This was reported by the in Telegram channel of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
"The enemy launched a drone attack on the border community in the Sumy region - injuries have been recorded," the report states.
On November 27, around 15:20, using methods of combat prohibited by international law, the enemy attacked the civil infrastructure of the village of Kindrativka in the Khotyn community of the Sumy district with a drone.
"As a result of the attackers’ assault, a 59-year-old man who was near his house was injured," the report says.
Under the procedural guidance of the Sumy District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors, together with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the investigative department of the Sumy District Police of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
