Oleksiy Chernyshov has been appointed as the head of the future Ministry of National Unity

The Verkhovna Rada appointed Oleksiy Chernyshov, the head of "Naftogaz", as the head of the planned Ministry of National Unity.

He will also take the position of Deputy Prime Minister.

His candidacy was presented in the Rada by the Prime Minister.

"Shmyhal did not explain why this ministry is necessary or why Chernyshov should lead it. Impressive," commented MP Honcharenko.
