Scandalous subordinate of Minister Svyrydenko, Maksymenko, purchased a new car during the war

The subordinate of the Minister of Economy, Yuliya Svyrydenko, Yaroslava Maksymenko, while being an official, continues to run a legal business. Moreover, her partners in this business are individuals who are prosecuted in Ukraine for state treason. We are talking about LLC "Law Firm ‘AS’", which is owned by Maksymenko jointly with Svitlana Novytska. The latter is a lawyer who was included in the public nationwide Registry of Traitors and has a suspicion of state treason from the SSU.

Maksymenko’s income declaration for 2023 indicates that the Ministry of Economy official still holds corporate rights to LLC "Law Firm ‘AS’", as well as to LLC "Krymproekt-Service", which is registered in Crimea.

Additionally, according to the declaration, during the war, Maksymenko purchased a new car - an INFINITI, allegedly worth only 350,000 UAH.

Let us remind that according to the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, state officials are prohibited from engaging in business and any other paid activities (except for teaching, scientific, creative activities, medical practice, coaching, and sports judging). If they had a business before taking office, they must transfer it to another person for management. However, Maksymenko has not done this yet.
