The head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration, Andriy Besedin, emphasized that in the Kupyansk region, the Defence Forces are destroying a significant amount of enemy equipment and manpower.

He stated this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.

"Let’s be honest: the enemy had plans to capture the city before the New Year of 2022. It’s now 2024, and the plans still exist, but when you talk to our guys and girls, when you see their spirit and motivation, you understand that the Russians stand no chance—neither before the New Year nor after," noted Besedin.

According to the head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration, the Russians are using significant forces to capture the city, but these forces are being destroyed by the Defence Forces.

"All military units that are on the contact line and directly defending Kupyansk, including the Achilles strike UAV battalion, are brave guys and girls who are destroying a significant amount of enemy equipment and manpower," added Besedin.
