A video of the explosion in Dnipro has appeared online

The moment of the car explosion near the regional recruitment center in Dnipro, where possibly three people died (officially, one fatality has been confirmed at this time).

A homemade explosive device was placed next to the car. 

Earlier, Dnipro public channels reported that the deceased was a military person (a person in military uniform can be seen in the video). Two police officers (also visible in the video) have been hospitalized with serious injuries.

According to media reports, law enforcement is preparing to classify the explosion specifically as a terrorist act.
