Russian troops struck the residential sector of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region, resulting in the death of one person and serious injuries to another.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Telegram.
According to him, «one civilian man was killed, and another was hospitalized in a serious condition. The identities are being established».
Residential buildings were damaged.
Emergency services are working on-site.
