Russians struck the Kherson oncology hospital
Russian military carried out airstrikes on the building of an oncology hospital in Kherson. Footage of the destruction that appeared in open sources shows the scale of the damage. According to preliminary information, the shelling occurred this morning.
The hospital suffered significant damage. The upper floors of the building were destroyed, windows were shattered, and some structures partially collapsed. At the time of the strike, medical staff and patients were present in the hospital.
Official information on casualties is currently being clarified. It is known that medical personnel are forced to evacuate patients to safe locations.
Local authorities condemned the attack, calling it another war crime by Russia, as the strike was carried out on a civilian medical facility that has no connection to military infrastructure.
Such shelling in the region has become more frequent, creating critical conditions for medical institutions and endangering the lives of the civilian population.
