Scandal with the TRC in Vyshhorod: A recruitment office employee commented on the incident

An employee of the military enlistment office commented on the scandal near Vyshhorod involving an attempt to remove a man from a car. 

He acknowledges that gas was used in the car, but claims that the citizen himself ignited it.

"We tried to open the door because he had closed the window. He was unresponsive, unwilling to perceive anything. We wanted to explain to him that he needed to get out and go with us to sort out his registration documents. The police used some kind of gas, and he just ignited it. You saw for yourselves the amount of smoke coming from the car. After this, a friend of his arrived, and he got out of the vehicle without any problems. According to him, he ignited the gas to avoid inhaling it. So, the wanted man was stopped by the police. They released gas into the car’s interior, he ignited it himself, but it is the military personnel of the TRC who are blamed for this," explains the military man in the video.
