The SBI detained former Odesa military commissioner Borysov in Kyiv
He was detained after a nearly 40 million UAH bail had been posted for him.
This happened because after being released from the detention center, he planned to leave the country.
Borysov arranged to have a non-combat injury registered, allegedly received at the front, and based on the medical commission’s conclusion, he was unjustifiably credited with additional funds.
He has now been informed of a new charge, and he faces up to 10 years in prison.
