Muzhenko: Ukraine will have to lower the mobilization age

Ukraine will need to lower the age for mobilization.

This was reported by former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko in an interview with "Radio Liberty".

«This is my opinion. But unfortunately, we will come to this [lowering the age for mobilization]. Whether it’s from 18 or 20 years old — that’s another question», — noted Muzhenko.

According to the former Commander-in-Chief, this moment can be postponed by involving law enforcement personnel in combat operations.

«Perhaps then this issue (lowering the age for mobilization - Ed.) will be resolved or postponed for some time», — said Muzhenko.
