The "Khortytsia" group claims that Ukrainian military forces continue the defence of Kurakhove despite the difficult situation.

A representative of the group, Viktor Trehubov, reported that battles are taking place in the western part of the city, and there is no talk of full control by Russian forces.

At the same time, a Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter with the call sign "Muchnyi" claims that Ukrainian forces have long since left Kurakhove, and remnants of units continue to defend the pipe plant area. According to him, the road leading to the city from the western direction has been cut off and is under fire, making it impossible to deliver ammunition and food to the defenders of the industrial zone.
