After February 28, the terms for reserving those liable for military service in Ukraine will end.
This was reported by Member of Parliament Oleksandr Fediyenko.
According to him, employees reserved by enterprises may lose this status if the enterprise loses its criteria for being critical to the economy or defense capability. Accordingly, such individuals liable for military service will be subject to mobilization on general terms.
Fediyenko emphasized that to extend the reservation, enterprises need to timely confirm their status as critically important for the state and submit a corresponding application.
This decision will allow for a review of the lists of those reserved, ensuring a fair distribution of resources between the economic and defence sectors.
