An incident occurred in the Lviv region between TRC employees and a civilian.
Local publics report that the man lost consciousness after being beaten by employees of the territorial recruitment center (TRC).
According to eyewitnesses, the conflict occurred during an attempt by TRC representatives to serve the man a summons. A dispute arose at the scene, which quickly escalated into a physical confrontation.
As a result, the man received injuries and lost consciousness.
