The invaders are trying to encircle Velyka Novosilka, - DeepState

Russian occupiers are trying to encircle Velyka Novosilka in the Donetsk region. The enemy is trying to cut the road from Zelene Pole and capture the settlement without fighting in the urban area.

This is reported by the monitoring project DeepState.

"The enemy’s plan to capture Velyka Novosilka without engaging in urban combat is becoming increasingly clear. The adversary will attempt to improve its position to the north and south of Novyi Komar, cut the road from Zelene Pole and move towards the ravine in the north," the report says.

Analysts noted that "over the last three days, the occupiers captured Neskuchne and are clearing Vremivka."

"The latter is practically lost, although even if there is still our observation post in the village, it no longer holds significant importance," DeepState reports.

DeepState adds that as of midday on January 15, there was still information that Defence Forces were resisting in Neskuchne, but by nightfall, the Russians were already in the center of Vremivka.

"How two villages became empty in three days is still unknown to us," the Telegram channel writes.
