The commander of the 3rd UAV platoon of the 78th regiment, Vitaliy Holovnya, shared about the "screaming" situation in his unit: Self-detonations due to fatigue, extortion, and absurd orders.
According to him, the head of the unmanned systems has seized all power in the company, created favorites who are in the rear and receive combat bonuses, while the rest are "enslaved," performing tasks for several.
Holovnia claims that the head has "worn people out" to the point that some self-detonate while performing tasks, being on position for 7 days, where they are "exhausted to zero." It is officially stated that this person died from an FPV explosion.
Sometimes "senseless" and "absurd" orders also lead to losses.
There is extortion in the company, amounting to 10% of the salary, which the commander uses for his own purposes. For example, he spent 300 thousand on repairing his car, while the military covers their needs with their own funds.
The commander also inflates the numbers of Russian casualties "to boost his efficiency ratings."
Due to such a situation, many soldiers wish to transfer, but they are threatened with a transfer to the infantry.
