Strike by the Russian Federation on Sudzha: 4 dead reported
At least 4 people died in Sudzha. However, the debris clearance is still ongoing.
As of the evening, 84 civilians have been rescued and provided with medical assistance.
Four people are in serious condition, and 4 more have died. The injured are being evacuated to medical facilities in Ukraine.
