Ukrainian activist Yevhen Karas noted that the number of explosions near military recruitment offices will soon significantly increase.
According to Karas, the FSB and GRU are offering a reward of $500 for setting up an explosive device and a camera to record what happens at the scene.
However, as the activist adds, this money is not being paid out.
