In Ukraine, the martial law and mobilization have been extended again
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has approved laws on extending martial law and general mobilization. These measures will be in effect for at least another 90 days.
This became known according to the relevant legislation.
Zelenskyy on Wednesday, February 5, approved laws No. 12404 and No. 12405. As a result, martial law and mobilization in Ukraine have been extended for 90 days starting from February 8. This means they will be in effect at least until May 9, 2025.
Notably, this legal regime in Ukraine has already been extended 14 times since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
