The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a rare flamethrower system of the occupiers
Ukrainian soldiers managed to destroy a heavy flamethrower system "Solntsepek" with the help of drones. This is a rather rare target.
This was reported by the 412th separate Nemesis UAV regiment on Telegram.
As emphasized by the regiment, "Solntsepek" fires incendiary or thermobaric ammunition, and such attacks can have horrific consequences for Ukrainian soldiers and their positions.
"A very rare and important target. This installation will no longer participate in warfare - it’s going to scrap metal," the soldiers noted.
They expressed gratitude to the 102nd separate territorial defence brigade and other related units for their contribution to the destruction of enemy equipment.
The regiment also clarified that intercepted communications indicate that the crew of the "Solntsepek" "was burned out."
