The occupiers are working on constructing pontoon crossings over the Oskil

The Russian army is engaged in constructing pontoon crossings over the Oskil River in the Kharkiv region.

This was reported by Oles Malyarevych, deputy commander of the 429th separate UAS regiment "Achilles," on Ukrainian television.

According to him, the situation in the Dvorichna area remains threatening, so all the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located there are making every effort to stop the advance of Russian forces and push them from the right bank of the Oskil.

«In the Dvorichna area, Russian army infantry units mainly operate. They use rafts and boats to cross the river. Thus, boats and rafts are used only for transporting weapons, personnel, and conducting evacuation. So far, they are unable to transport equipment across the river. Nevertheless, they continue working on creating pontoon crossings, which must be prevented», – Malyarevych emphasized.
