The Russian Federation is preparing for a new offensive in Donbas
Among Russian military personnel, there is active discussion about preparations for a large-scale offensive in the Donbas, covering the area from Horlivka to Velyka Novosilka, with the aim of quickly reaching the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
This is reported by the Russian Telegram channel "Volnodumets," citing military personnel from the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Thus, there are no signs of plans to "freeze" hostilities or end the war. It is about striving for the complete capture of the Donetsk region. Some suggest that the offensive could begin on the night of February 14.
Other sources associate the offensive with weather conditions, specifically stable frosts, which will allow the occupiers to use armored vehicles more effectively. Dates from February 16 to 19 are noted.
There is no reason to trust the statements of the Russians, but there is observed movement of reserves to the frontline in several places, as noted by residents of the occupied settlements.
