In Kyiv, a man attempted to escape from the military enlistment office through a sixth-floor window but fell while climbing down a pipe, reports the Municipal Guard.

He was taken to the hospital.

The Municipal Guard, in their publication, ironically notes that he might be eligible for an Oscar for a "Hollywood-style escape," and "the condition of the main character is being clarified."
