The occupiers massively attacked the Izmail district of Odesa region
The regional military administration noted that the enemy attack damaged port infrastructure and a non-operational educational institution. Debris also hit a car in which a woman was present.
"She sustained a shrapnel injury to her thigh and was hospitalized in a moderate condition," said the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
Fires broke out at the impact sites. Firefighters quickly extinguished them.
