The enemy struck Sumy region with a ballistic missile

This was reported on Telegram  by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar.

«The explosion you heard was the result of a ballistic missile strike», Kobzar wrote.

According to him, the impact occurred outside populated areas.
