Zelenskyy: It is impossible to end the war in Ukraine this week
This week it is impossible to end the war in Ukraine, noted President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference on February 23.
«This week it is impossible to end this war with guarantees for Ukraine. At least, to be honest, I don’t know how it can be done without our meetings today. Regarding the agreement, as I told you, there cannot be any format under which we would be debtors for the past. We are ready for new investments and to be equal partners», – stated Zelenskyy.
He also mentioned that a fund for the country’s recovery could be established on the terms of equal partnership with the United States. According to him, if the fund is filled on a 50-50 basis, then «Ukraine will also contribute, investing the income of state enterprises».
