An incident occurred in Wroclaw involving an attack on a female Bolt driver. The conflict began with a misunderstanding during boarding but soon escalated into verbal abuse, humiliation, and threats.

From the very beginning, the pair of passengers behaved aggressively, and the man made vulgar comments, including those based on nationality. When the driver refused to continue the journey, the passengers did not want to leave the car, and the man attempted to attack.

The woman responded promptly — she pressed the SOS button in the drivers’ chat and called the police. Colleagues quickly arrived at the scene, which cooled the aggressor’s fervor, and he left the vehicle.

The police suggested filing a crime report, and Bolt expressed support and provided all the evidence.

"I have been living in Poland for 7 years, working, but after this incident, I felt unsafe, my working day was ruined," the victim shared.

The case was taken under control by well-known lawyer Dawid Dechnart, who, along with his legal organization, helped the woman file reports to the prosecutor’s office.

Such attacks on drivers and foreigners in Poland happen frequently, but the perpetrators are not always held accountable.
