
On March 2, Russian occupiers shelled Nikopol, resulting in three civilian casualties.
This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
«In Nikopol, due to enemy artillery shelling, there are three injured. An 84-year-old man was rescued from the rubble by rescuers. He was taken to the hospital – his condition is serious. The injured also include two women aged 44 and 82», wrote the head of the region.
He noted that specialists are working at the site of the attack, clarifying all details and assisting local residents.
As reported, on the evening of March 1, the Russian army launched artillery and drone strikes on communities in the Nikopol district.
