Volodymyr Kozyuberda, Deputy Head of the Zakarpattia Customs, uses luxury cars of his relatives for free.

The media editorial office learned about this from the official’s 2024 declaration.

The declarant is registered in the city of Donetsk (Donetsk region), but actually lives in Kyiv, where the mailing address is indicated. This may indicate the status of an internally displaced person (IDP), which is partially confirmed by his wife’s income. The family includes his wife Darya Strelnikova and two children – a daughter Valeriya and a son Vladyslav.

The official has a rented apartment in Uzhhorod (34.6 sq. m), and his family also lives for free in a Kyiv apartment (90.3 sq. m) and uses a parking space (15.4 sq. m), owned by other persons (Olha Shkoda and Denys Maksymenko). The value of these properties is not indicated, which may indicate hidden benefits or informal agreements. The declaration does not show any loans, borrowings, or significant expenses for 2024, which is strange considering the Uzhhorod rental, free use of real estate in Kyiv, and significant cash assets.

Kozyuberda has the right to use free of charge:

• BMW X1 (2017) from June 11, 2024. Owner – Iryna Kozyuberda.

The average market value of the 2016 Audi Q7 is about 1 million UAH, and the 2017 BMW X1 is 700-800 thousand UAH. Kozyuberda earned 683 thousand UAH in a year, and his wife – 1.78 million UAH. The declaration does not specify details about her business, making it difficult to verify the legality of sources. Additionally, his wife owns the copyright to the transformational game "Financial Freedom" (from 2024), but the income from this asset is not specified.

Darya Strelnikova declared 26 positions of cryptocurrencies (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple, etc.) totaling 1.17 million UAH (at the value at the time of acquisition).

The total amount of cash held by the couple – about 2.5 million UAH – seems disproportionate to the declarant’s official income. Even taking into account his wife’s income, holding such amounts outside of banks raises suspicions about their origin and possible tax evasion.
