The occupiers attacked the Nikopol district more than 20 times throughout the day
The Russian forces shelled the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times on March 16.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
"The Russians struck Nikopol today over 20 times. They aimed heavy artillery and MLRS at us. Kamikaze drones were directed at populated areas," the report states.
The shelling affected the district center, as well as the Marhanets, Pokrovsk, Chervonohryhorivka, and Myrove communities.
The consequences of the attacks are being investigated. It is currently known that a private house and a utility building were damaged due to the enemy shelling.
No people were injured.
