
The High Council of Justice dismissed a judge of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv due to a significant disciplinary offense.
This was reported by the High Council of Justice.
"On March 18, 2025, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss Pavlo Vovk from the position of judge of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv in accordance with paragraph 3 of the sixth part of Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The procedure was carried out on the basis of a submission by the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice, which decided to hold Pavlo Vovk, a judge of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv, accountable and apply a disciplinary sanction in the form of a submission for dismissal from the position," the HCJ’s statement reads.
