Kyivstar acquired the taxi and delivery service Uklon for 155 million dollars
The parent company VEON announced the acquisition of 97% of the shares of the taxi and delivery service Uklon for an amount of 155 million dollars.
The company’s plans include expanding Uklon’s operations beyond Ukraine and Uzbekistan, specifically in Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
VEON’s management noted that the current CEO of Uklon, Serhiy Hryshkov, is likely to remain in his position.
