DeepState confirmed the battles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the border with the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation
DeepState has effectively confirmed the fact of an offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the border of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
The Ukrainian public published a map that marks a gray zone in the area of the village of Demydivka, where fighting is ongoing. Battles are also occurring in the nearby Popivka.
«Last week, a video recording appeared showing strikes on Ukrainian units in Demydivka and its surroundings. The enemy is trying to breach the border in the Sumy region (near Basivka and Volodymyrivka) to create a buffer zone. In response, the Defence Forces are acting symmetrically to avoid a shift in the initiative in favor of the enemy,» - this is how the public explains the transfer of hostilities to the territory of the Belgorod region.
Russian publics report that Ukrainian units are located in the southern part of the village of Demydivka and are trying to advance further. Fighting for the village of Popivka, which is almost completely destroyed, is also ongoing.
