Zelenskyy: Umyerov will provide the US with all evidence regarding Russia’s disruption of the ceasefire

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine’s Defence Minister Rustem Umyerov will provide the U.S. with evidence of a ceasefire violation by Russian infrastructure targets.

The president announced this at a briefing on March 28.

According to Zelenskyy, Umyerov will personally travel to the U.S. and present all the evidence collected by the State Emergency Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the General Staff, the Ukrainian Air Defence Forces, and others.

Zelenskyy also stated that the U.S. is already considering several countries for monitoring the ceasefire.

"The American side will hold consultations internally, then with Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and some European countries regarding their readiness to conduct monitoring," said the president.

According to Zelenskyy, without monitoring, a ceasefire is impossible as a whole. Meanwhile, Russia claims a "ceasefire since March 18"—the day of talks between Ukraine and the U.S.

The president noted that Ukraine will gain expanded access to intelligence data from European partner satellites. This agreement was reached during the "coalition of the willing" meeting.

"We agreed on licenses for air defence production. We are working on obtaining licenses for artillery production," said Zelenskyy.
