In Chernihiv, a scheme of fictitious marriages for the escape of evaders was uncovered
A 51-year-old woman was finding women with disabilities and offering them money for a sham marriage with conscripted men who wanted to leave the country.
She has been charged with human trafficking and illegal transportation of persons.
She faces up to 8 years in prison.
