
The car explosion in Dnipro that occurred on the morning of April 4 has signs of a terrorist attack.
Yuriy Fedko, head of the Left Bank Administration of the city council, was injured. According to his deputy, he is currently in the intensive care unit in serious condition.
The explosion occurred around 07:40 AM on Peredova Street. According to preliminary data, an explosive device was placed in or under the car. Fedko’s wife was also in the car — she was injured as well, and her condition is currently being clarified.
