
The National Police of Ukraine blocked 11 channels of illegal transfer of conscription-age men across the border. During a large-scale special operation over two days, almost 200 searches were conducted throughout the country.
This was reported in the police press service. The operatives discovered several popular schemes for evading mobilization.
Among the most common schemes of illegal departure abroad identified:


In the Lviv region, the police neutralized a group of six people who for money registered conscription-age men as carriers in the "Shlyakh" system, after which they left and did not return.




In Chernihiv region, a 51-year-old woman organized fictitious marriages with women with disabilities who were in difficult financial situations to cover for evaders leaving the country.


In Bukovyna, two "guides" were detained, who were helping cross the border outside control points for 10 thousand dollars. Law enforcement captured those involved in the scheme during an attempt to facilitate another crossing for two conscription-age men. And in Dnipro, an offender offering fictitious passage of a military medical commission with "full support" for a similar amount was uncovered.
"Overall, under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office, the police blocked 11 illegal schemes," the report says.

Law enforcement detained 12 figures, and 22 persons were notified of suspicion under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine).

Based on the examination results, additional legal qualification will be given to the actions of the figures. The investigation is ongoing, and measures to uncover new channels for evading conscription and those involved do not cease.
