In Sumy, a 13-year-old teenager saved people from a burning bus

A terrible incident occurred in the center of Sumy today: as a result of an "Iskander" strike, a bus caught fire.

Inside was a student of Sumy School No. 4, a trainee of the "Fakel" youth sports school in freestyle wrestling, Kyrylo Illyashenko, along with his mother, Maryna.

When the explosion happened, the bus doors were blocked. Many people died and were injured immediately. This 13-year-old boy broke the glass with his punch, jumped outside, and unlocked the entrance doors, thus saving the people nearby.

According to the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, the boy himself also suffered injuries. He is currently in the hospital with multiple wounds.
