Former Deputy Head of the Office of the President Andriy Smyrnov has received new charges
NABU and SAPO suspect Smyrnov of legalizing 6.5 million UAH through the construction of houses on the Odesa coast.
The real estate was initially registered to the company, and after the notification of suspicion — to a trusted person.
The investigation also found that he received a bribe in the form of construction works worth $100,000 for influencing the decision of the AMCU in favor of a company that lost a tender.
Earlier, Smyrnov was already incriminated with illegal enrichment of 15.7 million UAH.
