The Cabinet of Ministers published the text of the memorandum on minerals

Firstly, the document emphasizes the American people’s commitment to invest alongside the Ukrainian people in a free, sovereign, and secure Ukraine. Thus, both we and the USA have confirmed a mutual desire to achieve lasting peace in Ukraine and a strong partnership between our peoples and governments.

Secondly, through this document, the United States of America and Ukraine acknowledge the contribution Ukraine has made to strengthening international peace and security by voluntarily relinquishing the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal.

Thirdly, the document stipulates that the USA respects Ukraine’s commitments related to its accession to the EU or arising from agreements with international financial institutions and other official creditors. And they should not create conflicts for our path to European integration.
